Both Prema and I feel that the best way to be of service to others is to show up each day in our own journey to further move inwards from a place of deep awareness and acceptance.
Our passion in life is to inspire and support others on their journey of self-discovery.
All of our offerings are things that come deeply from our hearts that we feel both called to and excited to share with you.
We intend and focus on offering things that can be truly helpful on the road of Spiritual Awakening.

Who we are
Douglas & Prema Bentley are Spiritual Teachers and the founders of Sacred Wisdom, a non-denominational spiritual school that offers online courses, in-person retreats, and private mentorship programs.
They are married with two children living outside of Asheville, NC.
Both Prema and Douglas share the same passion for internal growth and self-discovery from an early age, which led both of them to live in India for many years studying spirituality where they eventually met.
They lead quiet lives with a continued focus inward and enjoy the journey of raising a family.
